Our Original New Mexico Green Chile Bread is made with the finest ingredients. We add fresh tomatoes, onions, cilantro, green chile, parmesan cheese, and spices. We decorate the bread with the design of a coyote howling at the moon. Then the bread is baked slowly to seal in the flavor & aroma of all the fresh ingredients.

This bread is simply delicious! When I first tasted it, I caught the little kick of chile. Yum! It's not too hot and not too mild. Perfect for a transplant from the north like myself who is in love with green chile. The bread is beautiful also, quite aesthetically pleasing. Tastes great warm with a bit of yogurt-sweetened margarine

My boyfriend got his bread on Friday, two days after I spoke with you. So you were right, the post office really does work fast! And already his friends are asking him where he got the bread because it was so good and tasted like it was literally just taken out of the oven!
Thanks again for taking extra time with me and my order and I'll talk to you soon!

I just wanted to let everyone know that the green chile bread makes wonderful croutons. After my bread was a few days old, I cut the remainder into thick slices, brushed them lightly with olive oil, sprinkled them with garlic powder, cut them into cubes about 3/4 to 1 inch square. (Toss to distribute the oil and garlic to the cut sides or brush on a little more oil if desired.) Then I put the cubes on a large pan lined with foil, and put it into a preheated slow oven (225 degrees). Let them bake until they are crispy on the outsides, stirring them one or twice while baking. I left mine in the oven about 45-50 minutes. Let cool completely in the pan; then store in zip lock bag. Delicious in soups and salads (even for snacking)!
Your biscochitos and green chile bread are absolutely delicious! Thanks!

I received my order today and it was FANTASTIC. I put
the bread in the oven and tried it right way.
WONDERFUL!!! SCRUMPTIOUS!!!! Spicy but no too, it
still had that fresh bread texture. I hope I don't
eat the rest of the loaf today by myself!!!
THANK YOU!!!!
